hover boards.

Hover board are the new feet for children these days.  All you see now are these little people along the side walks riding an electrical Segway. I personally have one and the amount of time I spend on it is by far more hours that I sleep. I find it really funny how my parents attempt to ride it. Low-key, they fall every time. I recommend all kids over 11 to go and get one, its really worth it. The one I own is black and it has Mercedes Bends wheels. A lot of my friends own them as well which is a advantage. They come in a various amount of colors, even camouflage which I think is pretty cool.  For those of you who have never heard of a hover board, you are very behind in life. :)

spooktacular.

Every year in October; before Halloween, Lanai Road Elementary School has a carnival. It is called Spooktacular. Any one is welcome to this event. This year my mom and I had volunteered at our own booth for a two hour shift. The booth we were in was one of my favorites from last year. The game was called Drop, Sink, Clink. The goal of the game is to try and drop all three nickels into a small cup in a fish bowl from your forehead height. You get three tries, each one you sink into the cup earns you three tickets. If you get all three not only do you get three for each but a bonus of two more tickets which total to eleven in all. To play the game you must give two orange tickets. After 45 minutes of working I got very tired of it so I ran off to hang out with my friends. At the end of the day my family had a total of 330 tickets. We won a basket ball, puzzles, a board game and more. Each year it gets better and better.

uba tuba.

If you have never tried or had Ubatuba Acai, you haven't lived yet. I suggest you stand by and read this. Ubatuba Acai is a Brazilian berry that some people describe it as a combination of black berries, raspberries, and chocolate. In my opinion its a mixture of frozen yogurt and shave ice. At Ubatuba they take a couple scoops of the Acai and your choice of four other toppings and apply it into a bowl. Some options you have are bananas ,strawberries, mango, blueberries, pineapples, nutella, granola, chocolate chips, honey, peanut-butter /peanuts and more. I really suggest this as a morning breakfast or after noon meal. I personally am addicted to it, so addicted that i even sometimes daydream about it in class, which isn't a great thing to do. My point is that if you are ever looking for a little spark in your day you should stop by there and get yourself a bowl to go. Trust me you wont regret it.

breast cancer.

Breast cancer. Some people have it; some people don't. I hate cancer. Personally, I'm not close to anyone who has been diagnosed with it but I still don't think anyone deserves it. This month is breast cancer awareness month and I am making it my goal to educate as many people about it as I can. Not only during October, but throughout the rest of the year. Everyone should. Even just donating to your local breast cancer charities, such as The Rose, Living Beyond Breast Cancer, or even breast cancer.org can make a huge difference and may even impact a breast cancer patient's life. Something else I truly do support is seeing my friends wear things that relate to breast cancer. My favorite is the pink Nike elites. They're stylish, comfortable, affordable, common and anyone can pull them off. So please, after you read this, try and make a difference. Even if you only donate $5 to a charity it can make a change.
